Front desk staff is kind and friendly, always ready to help. My flight was early but I was still able to get into my room at 10am and they even message you on WhatsApp before your arrival to check if you need anything. Don't be intimidated by area the hotel is located in. While it may look rough with graffiti and crowding its safe to walk around. Take the opportunity to try some great street food like saffron karak tea and shawarma sandwiches. There's a small convenience store next to the hotel entrance where you can get drinks and snacks. They have free front parking, underground garage parking, and back lot parking all easily accessible. Complementary bottled waters are offered daily, decent free wifi connection, and house slippers. Hotel has fully kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a washing machine. Bathroom is well stocked with toothbrush and shave kits. Can't recommend enough I felt so at home feels more like an apartment. Good selection of tv channels too.

I had a truly pleasant experience at this hotel during my recent trip to Kuwait. The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the airport, which made my arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was punctual and very convenient. Check-in was a breeze — the registration process was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciated how well they handled customer requests with a warm and welcoming attitude. For Muslim travellers, this hotel is especially ideal as there is a mosque located just in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to perform prayers. I found it very calming to clearly hear the azan (call to prayer) from my room. Another plus point is that the hotel is surrounded by plenty of street food stalls, money changers, and affordable shopping complexes, all within easy walking distance. This made it very convenient for meals, currency exchange, and a bit of shopping during my stay. ✅ Please note: As part of Kuwait’s local regulations, married couples may be asked to provide a copy of their marriage certificate or marriage card during check-in. From my understanding, this applies especially to Muslim couples. I fully respect and understand this requirement, and it did not affect my positive experience at all. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for those on a short stay or transit to other destinations. The excellent location, outstanding customer service, and thoughtful facilities made my stay truly memorable. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

I had an exceptional 8-day stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Kuwait. The staff were courteous and helpful, the spacious room with stunning Kuwait cityscape view, and the daily service was excellent, an access to fully equipped gym which I needed for a satisfying workout even during my vacation. Its location within the Avenues Mall was convenient, and I even got to watch Australia's MasterChef on TV, making me feel at home. Highly recommended!
