A recently renovated apartment, 1st Luxury Warehouse offers accommodation in Cancún. This apartment features free private parking, full-day security, and free Wifi. Overall, it was a great stay and there isn't really much to complain about. Although a literal warehouse, it is protected by a gate and guard. The interior is very modern (smart mirror, good AC system, etc) and clean. The rooms are spacious. I would recommend this location specifically for those that are looking to stay near the airport or have a vehicle. I go into this in more detail below. .

Spotlessly clean and a large room with super comfy bed. Included breakfast was excellent and the courtyard and pool was lovely with flowers and landscaping. Minutes to the airport

Located in Cancún, 1.1 miles from Cancun Underwater Museum, Villa Palmeras provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. We loved the quiet suburban residential neighbourhood this hotel was located in and was just 9 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport. It is actually located in the small town of Alfredo V. Bonfil... in south Cancun. The on-site restaurant was great as well as the waiters and front desk staff. They were the most friendly people and helped make sure we were taken care of and we had them help to get our luggage up to our 2nd-floor room. With 18 rooms carved into a former mansion, we loved the Boutique feel of this hotel. NOTE .... If you are driving.... on the way to this hotel on the street it is located on... there are several CONCRETE SPEED BUMPS that will take out the lower end of your car if you don't crawl over them! Although we felt safe, there was a 20-foot? concrete wall around the entire perimeter of the property.. with electric wires on top of the wall. The front entrance had an extra-wide steel gate door that was locked 24/7. The on-site parking area also had a steel gate and was locked after hours. We have never experienced that before in a hotel, but appreciated the safety measures taken. The vegetation and landscaping, pool, and lounge chairs were all very well maintained.
