Excellent location to the metro (Lavapiers) and to the market (Anton Martin). If you follow instructions you get via email, the digital access works seamlessly. The kitchen was useful and fully equipped since we had to make our own breakfast. Perfect for a family staying for a few days.

An absolutely perfect hotel, 100 meters from the grand palace! The receptionists were truly splendid, aiding us with all of our requests. Whether it was about water, directions or even champagne (!), the front desk was always manned and ready to help up with our every request. The room was absolutely fantastic, really clean and tidy. The bathroom was beyond expectations, being spacious and spotless every day. It’s location was a plus, being at the center of the city and basically one road away from Puerta del Sol and Plaza d’ España. Use the Opera metro station, for quick transport around the city, but Madrid is totally walkable. There are also a lot of great restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, so do check them out too. All in all, and fearing I might sound repetitive, this might just be one of the greatest experiences from a hotel I’ve been.

The location is really good, close to most tourist attractions but still in a quiet place. Staff is super nice and considerate, you will get the feeling of visiting your friend's place but without disturbing you.
