Our stay at Cortessa apartments was, in general, very pleasant. We were nicely welcomed by the owners, who were also very helpful in giving us all the information on the area we were in. The apartment was clean with a living room and one bedroom. There was also a small kitchen which was fairly equipped (Stove/Oven, big fridge, water boiler), so we didn't have any problems eating some of our meals at the property. The A/C was efficient enough and we used it only when it was too hot in the apartment. The terrace was big and it was very relaxing to sit there. You could hear the birds in the morning while having your breakfast. Personally, what I liked the most was that, being a family business, you were treated as if you went to your own home. The area was quiet and full of pine trees. There was also a beautiful beach nearby for when you don't feel like moving your car. The property has only 3 or 4 apartments, so it was relaxing to stay there. Last but not least, Nikiti! It surprised me in a positive way because I didn't expect it to be of such a standard. Definitely higher than Sarti for example! With the horrendous fuel prices in Greece, it was also an advantage to stay in the northern part of Sithonia, many places were much nearer. All in all, we went with excitement and came back very happy! Thank you Cortessa!

The place looks exactly as in the pictures. Managed and maintained by the lovely couple- Sava and Emilia, the apartment, pool, garden and other shared spaces are spotlessly clean, and everything is to the last detail to guarantee a perfect family vacation. We received the warmest hospitality, and even a home-made present at the end of our stay. The bar at the pool offers cheap snacks and drinks (go for the freshly squeezed juices!). Large supermarkets and bakeries are at walking distance, very close to the beach and marina, and at a short driving distance to the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.
