This property was very clean, comfortable, and in a nice area. It is conveniently close to a train station but you can barely hear the train inside the apartment. We were able to hop on the train for day trips or to get to downtown Bologna.

We spent a month touring N. Italy. in March 2024. The location of this property is simply unbeatable. Literally. It is a 1 minute walk from Bologna's central piazza with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby. (FWIW it is a 20 min walk from the train station through the main shopping area) We spent 4 nights here with 3 days spent on the various sites in Bologna and 1 day trip to Modena. Bologna is a beautiful city with its many km of porticos and its illustrious university. Known for its cuisine Bologna is not to be missed. Paulo was a gracious and very helpful host. When we go back to Bologna this is where we will stay again.

I absolutely loved everything! The apartments are brand new, gorgeous and super clean! It had everything I needed for my stay. Location was perfect for walking to and visiting the city center of Bologna. The bed was ultra comfortable! The check in process was very very smooth and the staff was very friendly and professional.
