Such an amazing location it has everything you need right near , 7/11 , fruit stands and scooter hire plus a little local bike stand food market across the road. Beach only a few minutes walk.

It's a very nice room with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. It's walking distance to two beaches and the host was very nice and helpful. There are also restaurants very close and you get to the nightmarket and central things easily. We enjoyed it a lot!

Location was good but rooms and pool were on a very steep hill which was so steep I was not able to climb it. It was very clean.

We liked everything. The apartment has everything you may need. The infrastructure is great, beautiful swimming pool and a complete gym. Kuy was always available for anything we needed. Location is also great, near Kata Beach, one of the best beaches in Phuket and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants.

The hosts were very friendly and gracious. The communication via email prior to arrival was very good. Reception/office is about two blocks away from the actual condo/hotel. Pool side has better views than the mountain view side, but mountain view side is therefore quieter. Microwave/cook top/fridge/freezer w ice maker are readily accessible within unit. Foodstore (MAKRO) is about 4 blocks away and numerous mini-marts also nearby as well as many restaurants. Beach was just a 10-15 minute walk away.

The apartments are in the best part of Kata. Very close to markets and the best restaurants. The apartments are self sufficient and better than described.would not hesitate to stay again.
