Karen and Chris were very welcoming and quick to resolve the issue we had with the tv.(signal related). Otherwise we were left to do our own thing. 2 very nice people and a great place to stay.

Beautiful property in a great location - was ideal for my partner and I as we needed a getaway before university starts again. We were greeted with a delicious cake made by Tracy which went down an absolute treat! The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need and if you’re lucky you may be able to spend some evening sun in the garden with the cat from upstairs! Excellent value for money would really recommend

The comfort of the apartment, the quietness and the parking right outside the door was ideal. We also found that it took only a few minutes to be sat outside on a glorious sunny evening at The George gastro pub down by the bridge and right on the river... wonderful. The welcome pack left for us was so considerate, including some drinks in the fridge: they really look after their guests. If we happened to be back in the area for any reason we would not hesitate to check The Snug out first.

It was a beautiful, self-contained cabin with our own private courtyard set amongst a perfectly maintained garden. Wendy was a fabulous hostess who, when we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, directed us to Smugglers Road in the New Forest, which was the perfect first-time experience of what the New Forest has to offer for my husband.

Really clean and comfortable lodge. Great value for money for a group of friends. Loved the hot tub and the location. Hannah gave us great instructions for check in and check out. And was on hand for any questions over WhatsApp. Good wifi. Comfy beds and sofa. Kitchen really well equipped.
