We had a great time in the property! We were 4 friends-cycling in the Epirus region. The Rual house is equipped with all you need (& much more)to substain yourself for as long as you choose. Fully equipped big kitchen, big dining table & big saloon . Close to Ioannina & perfect spot to start from when going to the mountains . The owner is very welcoming & helpful! Highly recommended

Just adorable and charming. Quiet and very comfortable one storey house with a small terrace in front. The house is in a village next to Ioannina, calm and quiet , yet on the main street you can find all shops and restaurants at all tastes. The lake is on a walking distance (5-10 min) and from there you can reach the city center walking by the lake front pathway, used by pedestrians, bikers, joggers. By car the city historical center is 10 ( to 15) min away. The house itself is very comfortable, with two bedrooms, cozy living room and spacious bathroom. The kitchen equipment is perfect, everything was in order and the host had prepared on our arrival refreshments and pot with fruits, so nice and warm. Beds and linen - comfortable and soothing. There is area dedicated to the washing machine, so useful in case you go down from the mountain nearby. Overall the atmospehere is of space, coolness and cleanness. In case you need a parking - it is right in front of the house, plenty of space. The landlord - Lambros, was so attentive and considerate of everything we might need during our stay. He greeted us on our arrival and gave us useful tips where to go in and around Ioannina.

If you are in the area, so that you know the best place to stay. The welcome was warm, the desire to help. The location is quiet, a few minutes from the center, and the value for the price is excellent. We will return again.

House is nestled in a garden and furnished modernly yet comfortably. It was spotless clean and had every amenity we could possibly need. The landlady was willing to help with everything. She suggested us a nearby local restaurant (which we liked very much). The neighbourhood is very quiet in general but to be surrounded by walls and gardens adds to this serenity. Also the bed is really comfortable. We felt like home. I wished this was not the first stay of out 10 day trip but the last one, we could have benefitted the cosyness more :-)

The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. The fire was brilliant, but would be good with some paper or kinding to start the fire with.

Nice and well equipped kitchen, we even got piece of homemade cake, that was very pleasant, overall very comfortable room, a lot of cats to pet are available outside
