Great, big apartment, renovated and clean. Exceeded expectations - we stayed only one night but enjoyed it a lot. Great option to stay close to the airport!

It was super clean and very comfortable. It was more than enough space for me and my daughter. There’s actually enough space there for 4 people to sleep if needed but that would be a bit cramped. It was also very bright but it has these external blinds that, when closed, make the apartment very dark and great for sleeping. Carlo, the owner, was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. It even has an induction burner. That said, there’s not a lot of counter space so I wouldn’t want to be cooking big meals there. In terms of location, it was ideal for me because I was attending a family gathering in the immediate area. If your main interest is downtown Rome, it’s probably an hour to the historic centre (depending on exactly where you’re headed). I’m not sure I’d choose that commute but if you’re on a budget and need a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay, this is your place.

We booked the apartment for 1 night and everything was perfect. Apartment was clean and there was everything needed. The owners were very welcoming and polite. Will go back for sure :)

Jack is friendly, likewise Luka his son. He provided and drove us from FCO Rome to Vatican City and fetch us in the afternoon for check-in at his apartment. On the second and third day, Jack served as our tour guide 😊 The apartment is clean, towels, soap , wifi and breakfast were provided. We are satisfied with the service. The host family is super welcoming and kind. Tiziana gifted me some welcome snacks when I arrived, that was nice. The garden is green and quiet and nice to work and chill, very relaxing place. I enjoyed a lot my staying, you have everything for cooking, good kitchen facilities, a coffee machine with capsules, and the refrigerator. There is a big supermarket in 10 min walk. My house was comfy and clean.

We liked that the details and photos in the description of the place and its facilities were accurate. The place was also very clean and that's always a good thing. Check the details for your requirements as this is a private home/house..There is also a Supermarket, 3 minutes drive or 8 minutes walk close by, if you need any supplies, food, etc. Our stay was for only one day/night and we wanted to be reasonably close to Downtown Rome and also to FCO Airport, both of which were about a 30 - 35 minute drive. We had a budget of around $200 CAD and at the time of booking, this was one of the cheapest we could find.. This was our first time in Italy and coming from North America, you're not quite sure what to expect. Having a car is convenient if you think you can cope with the driving style. We had a rental and I liked that this place has its own garage as seen in the photos with a keyless fob remote for the gate and garage door opener. The experience was very much like renting someone's house, all be it, a one bedroom, although there is a pull out sofa bed on the main floor. There is a washer but no dryer, which I don't believe is common in Europe, unless the washer doubles as a dryer, which I've never seen. We would definitely consider staying here again and wouldn't have a problem recommending it. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 rating, is that there is always something that could be better, or a better deal, otherwise, it was great.

Very nice, convenient, clean, silent flat, you can have your private sphere. Very close to the urban railway, you can get to Rome or to the sea cost very quick and cheap. The host is very helpful, communication was easy and fluent via WhatsApp.

The stay was perfect from A to Z. I loved the apartment, 2 bathrooms, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, fridge stacked with drinks and food. Really amazing experience.
