the villa is located a few meters from a clean beach, where there are no crowds of tourists, azure water, our child was just delighted, like us;) the owner of the villa helped us with everything we needed, we got free sunbeds, beach umbrellas, toys for the child. A chic large area of ​​the villa itself, where there is a place for outdoor dining and a place for barbecue;) we recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!

What an amazing stay! The property is exactly as seen on the pictures and extremely clean and comfortable, with everything one needs. The location is perfect, Solanas is one of the best beaches in the area and just round the corner from the house. Whenever you feel like, you can simply walk to the beach with a towel, swim in some of the best seas, and walk back home in no time. No need for a swimming pool. Everything was provided, including beach umbrellas, seats, and towels. There is also an outdoor shower, really handy for washing out sand before going back into the house. The property is fully furnished with all appliances, great if you wish to go all the way or simply relax and enjoy many of the local restaurants. The hosts are most welcoming and really genuine people, hard to come by these days. They really looked after us and went beyond our expectations, as well as delighting us with their own authentic Sardinian cuisine. Simply amazing food, and some of the finest we ever had. Just goes to show how welcoming Sardinians are, could have not found a better representation. Thank you! This was our second trip to Solanas over the years, just wanted to refresh our memories of a great place, and made it even more memorable. We had planned to do more touring around, but having so much in one place really kept us wanting to spend more time relaxing and enjoying our stay there. Highly recommended, it really doesn't get better than this.

Claudia is the best host I’ve ever met. She prepared a welcome dinner with wine, snacks, focaccia for us which was super nice and we weren’t expecting such a hospitality. there’s everything you may ever need on the beach included like umbrellas, kids toys. the fridge was full with water and other stuff you may need for prepping a breakfast etc. we’ve been amazed. the apartment is almost on the beach - like 100m by private walkway. it was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. We had everything we needed for a great stay, everything was impeccably clean, comfortable as well as beautifully designed and decorated. The beds were very, very comfortable, and having 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a rare find, and perfect for our family. Looking out over the surrounding mountains the beautiful fruit trees made each day special. The hosts are truly professional, kind, caring, gracious and generous, and we all felt well taken care of during our stay. We highly recommend this property!

This was a great holiday home, in typical Sardinian style. A great apartment with a lot of outdoor space, including private barbecue, perfect for a stay with or without kids. Literally 2 minutes walking from beautiful Solanas beach and max 15 min from some of the best beaches on the island. Also, definitely check out the breathtaking viewpoint on the hill above the house. The host was helpful beyond our expectations, he gave us advice and support long before we even got there, and was highly responsive and supportive while we were there. We had an amazing holiday, highly recommended!

Super friendly and attentive host, always available when we had questions. The place was cleaned when we arrived with everything we needed (plus point was the washing machine). It is quiet at night, it has one double room and another room with a bunk bed for two people, a massive living room, massive terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. Aircon is in all bedrooms. The flat is 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. The main terrace overlooks the Solanas bay, and, from the terrace, you have a superb view of the bay. The interior of the flat is carefully and nicely furnished. You are only 20 minutes from Villasimius if needed, even though Solanas has pretty much everything you need, one mini market, one pharmacy, a couple of restaurants and a gorgeous beach, right in front of the flat. The place has also a private parking spot inside the property. Ideal place with kids
