This spacious and modern split-level two bedroom apartment is absolutely stunning!! Most importantly, we found it spotless clean and equipped with all amenities we needed, including washing machine, fridge, stovetop, oven, 3 TV's, 2 air conditioning units, shower, window shutters, mosquito nets, etc. It is located in an absolutely gorgeous Tavullia and is close to the seaside (15-20 minutes by car), San Marino (50 minutes by car) as well as lovely towns and villages. The property has a private and secure parking with automatic gates. We were really impressed with an exceptional customer service. For example, when we reported an issue with the iron and also asked the owner where we could find scales and a measuring tape / ruler in order to measure our parcel and prepare it for sending, he was extremely kind and conveniently organised everything for us in a timely manner. During our check-in the owner had his daughter help him communicate with us in English. However, he was absolutely great at communicating with us on its own by using the Google Translate app, and we really appreciated it because he cared enough to accommodate us in every possible way. Finally, this felt like a real home that someone designed for themselves to live at, and it is obvious from a high quality finish observed within the entire property. This could be easily advertised as a long-term rental as it is practical, not overcrowded with unnecessary things, easy to clean, has all required amenities, an ample storage and sleeping space, and stunning views from the bedroom window. Everything! We rented the house for one week and everything was just perfect. Very good internet connection, we also worked during our stay there. The guest are really nice and would treat you like family. We also got access to the cherry tree in the garden.
