very clean and spacious. lovely balcony with Seaview. There was everything in the apartment that you possibly could need. Communication with the owner was also very good. there were lovely cats all around, and I saw a lot of mangoes on the trees that unfortunately weren’t ripe. felt good and secure. I think if you want to live in this part of the island, it is a very good choice .

The apartment is very spacious and super clean. It is equipped with everything you need, to enjoy your vacation. It’s in the perfect location, close to shops, beaches and attractions with beautiful views and the most spectacular sunsets. The hosts are super friendly and always there if you need anything. This will definitely be our go to place to stay when we are in Seychelles.

Очень уютно, чисто. на кухне есть все для самостоятельной готовки. Удобное расположение. Рядом есть магазинчик с едой, на машине в 3 минутах пляж. Хозяйка отзывчивая и гостеприимная. Однозначно рекомендую.

Otantik residence honestly exceeded our expectations. It is easily one of the best accommodation in Mahe Island. Lets start with the apartment- bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and bedroom is spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was basically home away from home. The room is cleaned every 2 days, and we were provided with clean towels every 2 days as well. Location is brilliant as the apartment is close to many of the attractions we wanted to see, including the botanical garden, Copolia trail, Morne Seychelles National Park, Sir Selwyn-Clarke Market etc. My wife and I basically walked to see the attractions places and to the market for foodstuffs. If you don't want to walk, you can always take the bus, which is literally a 2 minutes walk from the residence. We had an amazing view from the balcony and nice breeze. The owners, Janet and Benjamin are simply amazing. They are very helpful, friendly, welcoming, and kind. Benjamin checked up on us often and showed us the shortcuts, ways to get around, and generously gave us a ride anytime we needed a ride/pick up. It was that good that we wanted to stay there for the entire duration of our stay, i.e for a month, unfortunately, the subsequent days were already booked by someone else. We will definitely go back to Otantik when we come to Seychelles and 100% highly recommend Otantik residence to anyone coming to Seychelles.

Very nice location on a hill with a very nice view. The supervisor Rosita was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The appartment is very nice anf confortable for a family of 4. 2 bathrooms. Parking place in the yard. Good ustensils in the kitchen. The appartment is keeped in a very good shape. I will recommend without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning place for more than two weeks. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for our stay on Mahe Island! 🥥🌺 The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous - it’s brand new (we were among the first guests) and meticulously designed with attention to every detail, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Our spacious penthouse apartments were equipped with a lovely terrace where we witnessed breathtaking sunsets, adding an extra touch of beauty to our evenings ✨ Moreover, the villa boasts a large pool with underwater lighting and no chlorine smell (which was a huuuuge plus for us), making it incredibly inviting and aesthetically pleasing. 📍The villa's location is great, with the famous Beau Vallon beach just a stone's throw away, along with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the vicinity. George and Mary, the villa’s owners, were incredibly pleasant and genuine hosts who made us feel right at home. Their warmth and hospitality truly added to the overall charm of our stay 🤍 In summary, our time at this villa was nothing short of delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and genuine Seychellois hospitality. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to explore Mahe Island.

Очень рекомендую . Отличное место , до пляжа 5 минут . Отлично оборудование апартаменты со всем необходимым , с шикарным видом на океан и садом Чистота и 10/10 . Хозяева - очень добрые люди , которые помогали во всем и заботились о нас . Обязательно вернёмся ещё .
