The apartment was beautiful and Yvonne welcomed us graciously with fresh baked cookies and bread as well as delicious breakfast supplies for the next morning. With the fresh bread we made breakfast toast and sandwiches for a picnic lunch—fabulous! We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the apartment—it is so helpful to be able conveniently do laundry traveling for an extended time. We’ve been traveling through New Zealand and Australia for nearly 10 weeks and Yvonne’s lodging and warm welcome can’t be topped!

Amazing and understanding hosts, we were able to check in early due to a family emergency. The place we stayed in was clean, presentable and had a sea view. The beds and pillows were great and facilities were easily accessible.

This was a lovely apartment, very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to feel relaxed here. The view was nice, out to the sea. Karen was very helpful whenever we needed anything extra. We stayed for four nights, at the end of a holiday driving around Tasmania, perfect place to unwind. It was still central enough to go on the trip to Wineglass Bay from Coles Bay, and we also visited the Wildlife Park nearby. I have fed wallabies on previous trips to Australia but I never get sick of it. They are so adorable! The RSL and Bowling Club are just a stroll away, and they serve a good meal, also the Longboat Tavern is excellent.

The room was so cosy and comfortable, there were loads of lovely little touches, such as the hot drinks and snacks!
