Superb, spacious and beautiful setting. Our host, Maria, arranged everything for us including car hire and taking us via the supermarket, recommending the places to go and not to go. This was exactly what we needed and more.

The view was breath-taking and the host could not have been more helpful and friendly. To have such an excellent villa all to ourselves was indeed the stuff of mythology. The rooms were delightful and spacious. The swimming pool a joy to use and the patio seating luxurious. Kea is an unspoilt Greek Island and we will certainly be returning as a week was not long enough. In truth we wanted to stay for a very long time indeed.

This house is simply stunning ! Great 360 views, impeccable decoration, comfortable and close by the port and beaches. Efthymios was easy to communicate with and made our stay very pleasant.

Location is great in center of the chora, Ioulida, which is not on the coast but close by it. It is a hill town. From the property you can walk to great cafes etc but it is also very quiet and the view to the sea is stunning. Too bad I could not stay longer.
