Beautiful layout, pool & garden with ample space for large families. Comfortable beds with reliable aircon in the heat of the day. Loved watching the little Mediterranean tortoises roaming the grounds. Short walk to Punta Prima beach & restaurant. Easy & large area to park at the front of the house. Catherine, the main contact for the booking is very quick to respond and Giovanna, who takes care of the villa and a short drive away is equally helpful, super friendly & quick to respond if you need help. My family have stayed here twice and I would book it again in a heartbeat.

This villa is located in the quieter southern part of the island called Punta Prima. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular 180 degree views of the ocean & nearby island with a lighthouse. The villa offers ocean views from nearly every room in the property. There are numerous outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the plunge pool and views. The kitchen has everything you need to cook/bbq at the Villa. It is also a short walk away(5mins) to the main village and beach area with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Both bedrooms downstairs have there own bathroom and a large sunroom overlooking the sea. This villa is exceptional & we didn’t want to leave.

Very clean with lovely features. The roof terrace was beautiful and the pool was in use every day for the kids.

Location for the beach is as close as you can get, stunning views, beautiful to wake up to every morning, you can hear the waves from the balcony. Host Chema is always a message away and responds very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Lovely views around the area and nothing is too far like Mahón. You will need to hire a car to get around as we did, without it your limited to Punta Prima, and the taxis back and forth would be way more, definitely hire a car if you want to drive into Mahón or to large supermarkets. However there are a few small shops and restaurants selling lots of seafood which was nice. But after 1 or 2 days we wanted to go to city or supermarkets so glad we had a car. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with everything you need. Air con worked perfectly nicely chilled even on a hot night which I was pleased about.
