The Staff was extraordinarily friendly, I never felt so welcome in a hotel sich as this one. When we had to checkout in the morning I was doing the IronMan70.3, and the hotel even arranged that I can come back (even if I've been checked out) and have a shower. Then they also offered a banquet and wine free of charge to celebrate the eventful/successful day.

Excellent and friendly staff, we felt like home. My wife and I were in Cervia for the Ironman: if you are planning to stay in Cervia for the same reason the location is perfect, 300 meters from the start line (and 500 meters from the finish line). All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The apartments where we stayed (we have been in two different ones) were excellent and well designed (we have been working remotely for few days and the space was enough for me and my wife). Both apartments had super nice balcony where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I strongly recommend this place.

We had such a wonderful time visiting here and even when a storm came and we couldn't leave the property we were so well looked after that we had a great time enjoying the whole of the property.
