Hardy and Marion were the most wonderful of hosts in their beautiful Gästehaus. Breakfast was so so good. I had a daily omelette, made fresh to order on their terrace with a great view of the Bodensee. Our room was on the top floor...an easy few outside flights of stairs...again with a great view of the lake. I genuinely can't wait to stay again next summer.

Spacious, clean & well maintained, great location (if you have a car), nice facilities, great water pressure, etc. Had a great time staying here for a family wedding down past Überlingen. If it snows while you are here you’re in for an amazing trip.

Location with the view of the lake was amazing, very close to Insel Mainau. The Christmas decorations and the property in general were beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice seating area and a wonderful balcony. Bathroom and shower also good. The parking garage was a good bonus with direct access to a lift.

I really like our stay! The room was very comfortable and warm. The staff was very lovely. Everyone made us feel comfortable, even if we had to walk around the restaurant, during dinner, with our 5-month-old daughter to keep her entertained. They also went above and beyond by keeping our dishes warm and making sure we could enjoy our dinner (food was also delicious!). I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Place was comfortable and clean. Mattress was fabulous. Slept like a baby. Location was excellent and view was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and they even cooked up some eggs just for us.
