It was an oasis of calm, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool to relax in. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a few nights stay. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was excellent and lots of help was given by the hosts on where to visit locally. The property is very well situated to get to all local attractions, the beach and shops.

The property dated from renaissance onwards. It is full of history and lots of charm. From your bedroom you have an amazing view on a park with very old trees. Leaving in Dubai I did appreciate the green. It is very peaceful and relaxing.

The very unusual decorated Avatar room. Brand new room, we were just the third family who stayed there. Beautiful, atmospheric decorated with day and night - modus. You could fall asleep under the milky-way. Thumbs up to the owners!

This property was immaculate, it was all so clean that it looked brand new! A very high quality of all contents, very comfortable bed, superbly equipped, spacious and peaceful - the wonderful electric shutters ensured that we didn’t wake early at all!! Great to have your own outside space with bbq if needed. On site parking right outside the front door. I cannot stress enough how clean this rental was - SPOTLESS! David and Sophie were very friendly and helpful, we hope to stay here again. Great location for exploring the La Rochelle area with wonderful beaches nearby.
