What an INCREDIBLE place. This historic character property is nestled in the French countryside overlooking a beautiful river. This old mill house has been lovingly restored by the owners with great attention to detail. The grounds are spectacular with ancient stone architecture, beautiful flowers, and a river to lull you to sleep. Possibly the only thing that surpasses all that is the amazing hosts. You couldn’t find a better couple to share this magical place.

Our hostess was really helpful; we arrived late on a Sunday and she phoned round to find a restaurant for us (in Rocamadour, back along the precipitous, windy roads we had driven to get there!) Spectacular views from the restaurant and on the roads around.
