The place was absolutely beautiful and sparkly clean. Each room locked, the common bathroom was really nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. The b&b was fully booked and yet the whole place was super calm and it didn't feel crowded at all, I actually only crossed paths with a few people in the morning. The owner, who doesn't live on site but is close by, was welcoming and made sure that a full continental breakfast was available at all times. Also helped me out with an adaptor for my phone charger since I was missing mine. I thought the location might be unpractical since it is a little bit out of the city center (25 mins away), but it's actually very well connected to the center through multiple bus lines that ensure that you can get out and about. There's a supermarket nearby if needed.

Actually it was very clean and it was very comfortable. House's location is very near to oxford centre by bus, and the bus stop 2 minutes by walking. Thank you for everything

Rooms were nice, showers were amazing, and we got the full English breakfast which was stellar! The owners were very kind, and the property was lovely.

I was met with nothing but thoughtfulness and hospitality by Memory, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The property has been impeccably clean and tidy throughout my stay and I honestly have no complaints.

Mark was so hospitable and made sure we had a wonderful and comfortable stay! Such a lovely B&B!! Very convenient to get to the city centre. There are USB outlets in one of the plugs and that was very handy. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Oxford!

Well appointed and clean. Loved the attention to detail. We were met by the wonderful host who was so friendly and showed us around. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was a delight plus the restaurants in the area were top notch.

Warm apartments #7 on the first floor. Nice shower room. Ability to prolongate room for 1-2 hours Bus stop in front of house.

People running the establishment (a very nice Thai couple) were friendly and helpful. Though the weather was warmer than I like a fan was provided which kept the room cool enough to sleep well.
