Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet and informal atmosphere. Dog friendly with lovely wooded walk within 10 minute stroll. Staff let you get on with it but are on hand should you require them. The property is currently closed for a couple of weeks so that en-suite facilities can be installed to some rooms. I really enjoyed my stay, recommended.

Beautiful setting, near to some great walks in the woods. Room was clean, comfortable bed, good size bathroom with hot water. Parking near the room. We arrived a little earlier than we said we would and the room wasn’t ready but we were warmly received by the owner and given a drink and a seat in the garden while we waited.

Was advertised as in a pub but the pub has been shut for ages and appears like a derelict building

A highly individual house with exceptional decor and a very special atmosphere - as shown on the photos. extremely personal (only 3 rooms) with very friendly hosts (and two dogs!). Breakfast individually prepared when you want, plenty of opportunities close by to eat in the evening - very close to the centre of town. Ample parking.
