Great 3 night stay, our hosts were first class from the moment we arrived. Our room on the first floor( Olive Room) was spacious with views to the Castle and Car Park. Breakfasts cooked to order - a lovely start to the day. our hosts were very informative on places to visit and local places to eat in the evening. We had our own key to come and go as we pleased, due to Covid restrictions our room was not serviced during our stay but anything we needed for the hospitality tray etc was ready available to collect. Another nice touch..... fresh milk from the fridge in the breakfast room. All in all a great stay. We look forward to visiting again. Many thanks.

This is a family run country house. They are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is beautiful, free and private parking on site, restaurant with good food on the premises, and the family room we stayed in (two separate rooms adjoining one bathroom) is warm, comfortable and with enough space! Will consider their glamping option if I was in the area again!

Steve & Jacqui were perfect hosts. Room was clean and spacious with bed particularly comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Hosts were very helpful with travelling tips with Steve going to the trouble of checking our ferry schedule and weather conditions. Location easy to find.
