The host was super lovely and friendly, she had literally thought of everything! Made us coffee/cakes when we arrived and had a little whiteboard for breakfast (proper breakfast as well, lots of variety. Which is great for me as a fussy eater). The room & bathroom were super clean and the decor was beautiful. I loved coming in and looking at all the beautiful antiques and beautiful furniture! Everything we needed was provided, including an iron and ironing board which worked very well! It made the holiday so easy, there was also a lovely walk near by with lots to look at and sheep/goats just wandering around! Would defo reccomend. The room we stayed in had its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and stand alone tub, perfect for coming back to after a soggy walk! You get to wake up to a fab view of the mountains and the water, it just makes you feel so relaxed. This place is so peaceful and the host really makes you feel welcome. She always had a smile on her face and greets you warmly in the morning - even when you have breakfast at 6:30! All the stars, and great value for money!

Good location with fabulous views. Jane and Richard could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, good bed and excellent shower. Breakfast could be anything you wanted it to be from cereal to a feast. Perfect location for visiting Portmierion, Snowdon and Bodnant Gardens.

Very friendly owner. Very good full English breakfast. Lovely china on the tables and views of surrounding countryside. The owner and a guest directed us to the nearest place to eat which was a pub about two miles north. Good food there. We were sent to sleep by gentle noises of sheep.

Spacious accommodations, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. The location is perfect as a home base to explore the many sites around the area. My 3rd time here! I wouldn't choose any other location!
