The hosts Martyn and Jane were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and seemed genuinely caring and interested in their guests and wellbeing. They made every effort at breakfast to come and chat, and make sure we had what we wanted. They were also enthusiastic about the area. It's refreshing to experience this sort of hospitality in the UK. The location was also near the restaurants of Montague street, and the room had a full view of the beach/sea.
