Bed and Breakfast Pieffe provides free parking and a car is the best way of getting around. In Frascineto you can visit the Museo delle Icone and another museum showing traditional regional dress.

If you're fond of sky full of stars, this place is for you (on the other hand, car is a must). Hosts are pleasant, heplful, and english-speaking (big advantage, especially in south Italy). Nice base for a trip to Raganello and rest of National Park.

Great room with an amazing view although the way from the mountain perch of Civita down to the Gulf of Taranto. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. But the best thing was our host Antonella, Beppe and Antonella's stonemason father. It was a pleasure to meet them. Even the neighbors were friendly.
