Well, hard to find a specific thing to start with… So, people,-the host, Mirco, was incredibly friendly and hospitable from the very first moment I hit the button „Book a property“. He helped with the check-in, with my orientation and public transport, and gave a lot of great recommendations;) The place itself is nice house aside cuty noise, surrounded by greenery - the garden is great! Rooms are renowated, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. A terrace is also a special thing for morning coffee or evening wine) I really loved this place!

A very cosy and quit place in a greenish environment. Cute place that is exactly as description. Very helpful host that gave us a lot of tips and information and picked us up from metro. he told us what buses to take, where to go, what tickets to buy and all. It was very helpful. Host checked in on us a little now and then to see everything was all right, if we had any wishes or questions and everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned everyday and beds made. There was tea and coffee to make throughout the day. Bathroom very nice, we loved it. Enough towels, showergels and enough space for five. Linen in beds were soft and clean and good quality. This b&b we can highly recommend. It’s placed in the country yard, away from all the loud noises so it is very relaxed and nice to get back here after being away in the big city all day long. You can also be assured you are being very well taken care of, and you won’t miss anything.

beatiful place with a pool and garden , close to bus and all attractions we wanted to see. colleseum, Vatican, spanish steps and trevi fountin. perfect place to stay with the nicest owners. close to airport.

Amazing bed and breakfast a small bus ride out of central Rome. Fresh breakfast was really appreciated each morning, and clothes were washed, dried and folded also free of charge. There's only one bus (098) needed to take into the Vatican city and all central Roman attractions. Monica was happy also to show the best routes around and suggest places to visit
