Gorgeous house and grounds, so well kept and with a lot of love for details. The perfect get-away for…well…everybody! It has a private feeling to it and the owners are amazing and super friendly people who are wizards in the kitchen! we loved staying here, had a very nice and comfortable room and loved relaxing at the pool.

The highlight of this apartment is the host, Roberto. He is a very dedicated man, a local patriot for Umbria and also a well-informed man. The breakfast is included in the price and Roberto serves it in his shop which is 20 meters away. He offers local products which are excellent, tasty and high quality. The apartment is a renovated small, one bedroom flat in and old stone house with lots of authentic details. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge. You can park your car free of charge 20 meters from the apartment. Montecchio is a tiny village on a hill, very peaceful and quiet.

This is an absolutely lovely spot, which needs to be experienced if you get the chance to. After four nights here we feel very well rested and are going back with a wonderful memory to share with family and friends. The venue is incredible, the couple owing the place are the kindest and most service oriented, the breakfast is to die for, the surrounding - wow. Highly recommend!

Great location in Todi, just a short walk up to the main square. Views from the private terrace are spectacular. Our hosts are multi-lingual with excellent local knowledge. Our room had a kitchen with a washing machine which came in handy.
