Gianna and Andrea are the epitome of perfect hosts. Their passion for their region and the comfort of their guests shines brightly through every detail. Every morning, we were greeted with a breakfast that can only be described as a labor of love. Very kind host. Nice and clean room, good breakfast even very early, so we could reach the ferry comfortably.

It was a nice bright room that was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and friendly and the location was lovely.

Loved the tranquility of this villa. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the veranda by our room. Very clean and Serena was wonderfully helpful to enjoy the area. Small kitchen available. Morning breakfast was great! No issues with the wifi and parking on-site. Close to Pisa, Luca and even Florence. Pool and yard to enjoy.
