Enjoy a peaceful stay at Il Centrale, set in the centre of Camucia. A 3-minute drive will take you to the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona. Il Centrale offers great value, modern accommodation.

It is about 2.5 kilometres away from the Cortona itself, however, extremely close to Camucia train station if you arrive by train. We used to take a bus up to the hill to Cortona and then get back to hotel by foot which was really nice walk during the nights. At our triple room we had a spacious balcony, overlooking the nature of Tuscany - a really nice touch. The room and bathroom - nice and clean. In general, it is twice cheaper than the cheapest hotel in Cortona - if you are not afraid for a walk, it is a really nice deal.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Cortona, within one minute of the main street. Locanda Petrella felt utterly charming and authentically of the town. We had an extremely comfortable room and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. We would definitely rebook and recommend. If you're driving, you'll need to park outside the town walls and walk in but if you take the advice given, it's pretty handy. The host doesn't speak English but we managed with our rudimentary Italian. She was really friendly and very helpful. Be prepared to pay the local tax when you check out. We paid €4. I'm not sure if it is based on a per person or per room basis.

The host Jeroen is amazing!! Very personable and helpful. Casa Dreosti is in a great location tucked away on a quiet street off the square. It is very easy to feel apart of the town. Cortona has the most breathtaking views. The people are kind and very helpful. Parking is a true bonus! Jeroen and his staff make you feel very welcome. The breakfast delivered each morning to your door added a special touch. We will be back!!
