The service and food was exceptional. As soon as we arrived we were made feel extremely welcome. Respa in reception put us in a bigger room than we had booked and done it up all special for our honeymoon which was a rlovely surprise. The food was so good!! Breakfast lunch and dinner was very tasty! We always looked forward to the next meal especially in the evening beside the fire. The manager brought us on a really great tour on our second day there to the twin lakes. This included a short hike, a boat on the twin lakes out to a restaurant where we had another delicious meal with an amazing view and then back. He organised travel for us to Kigali also. We also got a really lovely kind gift off the manager which was a cow skin rug. Such a lovely gift to bring back home to Ireland. I honestly can’t fault our stay. It was everything we wanted and the team were always so welcoming and ensuring we had a great stay. That we did!

Especially at a town where it can be rainy it is important for me to have a hostel where I could hang around the whole day. And this is basically what I did at Masha's. All the people working there are so nice, the gallery is really interesting at it's just a really relaxed vibe.
