Clean, quiet and extremely well maintained. Right on the beach but also with a nice pool to relax in. The staff was very friendly and always trying to please. Biggest surprise was the restaurant and quality of food and service. Owner lives on site and was on top of everything. Tremendous experience.

Located in Placencia Village, Stann Creek region, Alux House is situated 200 metres from Placencia Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. It was a beautiful room on the second floor. The bathroom was large with multiple shelves for your things and great shower head, very unusual in Placentia.

Set on the beachfront in Placencia Village and boasting a garden, The Sea Glass Inn has free WiFi throughout the property. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with luxurious beds, linens, towels and amenities. Shower and bathroom were great, everything thoughtfully designed, modern and relaxing. The rooms and common spaces were very clean, comfortable with great design and aesthetics.

My family & I were treated like family by the owners Peggy and Harold. They are the ultimate hosts, very attentive and kind We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our visit was to explore nature, hiking, waterfalls, and to learn about Garifuna culture. The rooms were very clean and well equipped for a quick breakfast/meal and to recharge after a day of exploration. There was ample coffee, sugar, creamer, fridge, and a toaster. Each day we had fresh beach towels and clean mugs, plates, and cutlery. The location is excellent, a stone's throw to Hopkins beach and several resorts where you can spend a day and/or eat at the restaurants or other nearby restaurants. There was even happy hour at the Jaguar Reef resort which had spectacular views. If you want a more local vibe Hopkins Village is an easy 15 min walk, or short bike/taxi ride away where there are several stores and restaurants. My family and I highly recommend Cosmopolitan; it was excellent for our needs.

Situated in Hopkins and only 400 metres from Hopkins Beach, Harada Inn and Suites features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Guests can enjoy quiet street views. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, hot shower, spacious bedroom (Room 1). Our host Christie could not have been more attentive, and on the occasion that she was off duty, the housekeeper lady was very helpful. Local Mayan cocoa farm Che'il (where Prince William and Kate visited) accessible by local bus - highly recommended. Enjoyed Thongs Cafe on seafront. Cycled to Rhum Bar at Hopkins Bay Resort (north) and enjoyed drinks/eats at reasonable prices. Super bakery - bright pink door, on the way out of town south.

Facing the seafront in Placencia Village, Sea View Suites features a garden. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 80 metres from Placencia Beach. The guest house has private entrance. Perfect. They were very kind in accomodating modifications to our booking as our group's plans changed. Staff are very sweet and communicative! Hot strong shower. 5 stars from all of us!
