The atmosphere of this place is just amazing. So close to the nature, green, calm area with the access to the river where you can start your morning with a swim. The owner is so friendly and helpful, you immediately see the place was created with so much attention (Harold, special prize from me for the playlist). Food was tasty, beds are comfortable, the common area is spacious and WiFi works well. The hostel is also very close to the waterfalls Poza Encantada you can enjoy. Best place to disconnect for a bit and just be, I’d definitely come back. Me encanto! 💛

Eco Hostal Kuima is located in El Zaino and features a pool with a view and mountain views. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. I’ve been traveling around colombia for the past month and Kuima is one of the best places I’ve stayed! We stayed for one night before entering Tayrona National Park, and then one more night when we left the park. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and stored our larger bags for us while we were in the park at no extra cost. At about 2km from the entrance to the park, it’s a great location - far enough away from the madness of the entrance but close enough to walk or hop on a very quick bus ride, also with some good restaurant options in close walking distance. The rooms themselves are very comfortable, the pool was wonderful, wifi worked great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. We found the price to be more than fair. Would highly recommend Kuima to anyone!

Located in Los Naranjos, 200 metres from Los Naranjos Beach, Villa Playa Tayrona, Los Naranjos provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The villa and the views from infinity pool were stunning. Great service. Very luxurious and good base for exploring Tayrona NP. Food was very good and we walked to the local beach, which we wish we’d done before the morning we left as there was a beach bar we could have gone to before dinner. Staff very helpful. I would recommend.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace, Senda Casa Tayrona Los Naranjos is situated in Los Naranjos, 35 km from Santa Marta and a 5 minute drive from Tayrona park main entrance. Exceeded expectations in every way! Location, room, facilities were outstanding. Great food! Very chill and casual vibe with professional service. Most of all I want to give a shout out to the incredible staff, Juan David, Nidian, Lisette, Dian and Mario, among the few who made our stay so exceptional with their kindness, cheerfulness and commitment to making the guest experience memorable and enjoyable.

Hostal Principio Tayrona, a property with a garden, is set in Calabazo, 24 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, 27 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum, as well as 27 km from Santa Marta Cathedral. Perfectly located right at the Calabazo entrance for the Tayrona parc. The ticket office is not even 50m away, allowing a very early entry in the parc! Very clean room, good breakfast in a lovely patio. The hosts were very welcoming and happy to wait for us arriving at 11pm.

Santuario Tayrona Hostel in Calabazo provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, an open-air bath and a garden. The place indeed feels like a sanctuary. You can hear the sounds of nature constantly, the cabins are located in the middle of it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Its right at the Calabazo entrance and close to bus stop.

Villa Del Río is located near El Zaino and 6 km from Los Cocos Beach. It features free parking. Each room here will provide you with a fan. The private bathroom also comes with a shower. Very helpful staff (no English though), absolutely peacfully located next to the river, very nice place, not far from entrance to Tayrona
