It was as if we were gently immersed in the entourage of fairy tales by the brothers Grimm :) The hotel is in an authentic building, elegantly furnished and decorated in vintage style, everything looks appropriate and cozy. The room is warm and cozy, a large comfortable bed. Nice helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts in magical interiors. Thank you for the German fairy tale))

Also walking distance from main area where restaurants and beach areas is. Walk around the lake is spectacular and made the trip worth while. Area around the lake is beautiful. We will visit again.

The owners are very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as can be. Our room was very big, clean, comfortable, fully equipped and beautiful decorated. Breakfast was delicious and amazing. So good!!!! All was freshly made, lots of choice, and decorated with lots of detail and love. We loved everything, what a wonderful place to stay. Amazing!!!!!

We would definitely stay there again.

All the girls were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Very high quality furniture and linens, handed down from generations, I was told. We had a nice garage to store our bicycles, and were snug as bugs in our 2nd floor room. Breakfast was wholesome and delicious. Did I mention the furnishings? We were humbled by three generations of beautiful, strong women. I wanted to stay and hear more of their stories and the history of the place.
