This was an amazing property with a hot tub on the second floor balcony , comfortable bed, excellent shower, a sitting area and a large dining table. Our hostess was so accommodating and friendly.

Was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and appreciated the time Alan took with us as we checked in being very informative about the property and the surrounding area. B&B has many different types of rooms/lodges and all have been done to a very high spec and the room we stayed in was immaculately clean and had everything we needed with many nice homely touches. Was greeted by both Alan and Avril for breakfast where i thoroughly enjoyed my full Scottish breakfast and again was very well looked after by both.

This family-run B&B is situated in central Lanarkshire, 30 minutes’ drive from Glasgow. There is free WiFi and free parking on site, and Larkhall Train Station is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was exceptional, large portions with many options. The room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Loved having coffee pot and biscuits in the room. Owners were friendly and helpful.

Comfy beds in beautiful decorated rooms and all is provided for. Kay and Billy are warm welcoming hosts and breakfast was the best we had so far on our travels. On a rather busy road, but very quiet once inside. Definitely recommended!
