We stayed in Room 5. Beautifully decorated, thoroughly cleaned, a fabulous nights sleep and breakfast was exceptional (Compliments to the Chef!!). Daryl was very welcoming, as were the front house staff through to housekeeping. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Set in South Shields, 800 metres from Sandhaven Beach and 11 km from Stadium of Light, South Shore Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. I absolutely loved my stay there. The room was spotless and very cosy. Both my mum and I slept very comfortably and we're both fairly picky when it comes to bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. We had a full english breakfast on both days and it was wonderful as well. But the real gems are the owners. I haven't had much time to chat with Andrew but he was so helpful when we first arrived and Lorraine is an absolute sweetheart. My mum, who doesn't speak English, couldn't stop telling me how wonderful and welcoming Lorraine was and I think she was fairly jealous she couldn't have a chat with her. I would totally recommend this place and I will definitely come back in the future if my travels take me to South Shields again.

Matatagpuan sa Gateshead, ang Hoppers Cottage Guest House ay nag-aalok ng tatlong accommodation na may pribadong terrace. Good location for an event we were attending at the Rugby Club. Very secure with coded entrance and key safe box. Spacious room, clean and comfy with towels and linen provided. Good sized en suite shower room. Great to have the option of a shared lounge/kitchen area as well. Plenty of places to eat/drink right on the doorstep.

Situated just less than 1 km from Sandhaven Beach, The Clifton offers accommodation in South Shields with access to a terrace, a bar, as well as a housekeeping service. Welcoming clean and convenient. Friendly staff. Slept very well, really comfortable bed. I hope to stay there again when I visit the area.
