Very nice personel, and the breakfast was enormous! The room was big and cosy, and the bathroom was perfect. Very short way to Rathcroghan, the Celtic site with enthrilling excavations and information about Ireland in prehistory. Many places to visit within a short drive, which suited us very good. Definitely worth a visit!

This luxury 4-star B & B is located on the N4, beside the main entrance of Lough Key Forest Park and within an 8-minute drive from Carrowkeel Megalithic Cemetery. The bed was very comfortable. It was spacious .the bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great and always plenty of hot water.Ellen the owner and host was very friendly accommodating and cared about her guests. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and also water.

The house is in a lovely area surrounded by a beautiful wood and only 15 minutes from Athlone. Our room was clean and comfortable. We received a warm welcome with tea and buns. We got a lovely and plentiful breakfast the next morning. Marie is a lovely down to earth woman who couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
