Very beautiful location as they all seem to be in Iceland with everything you would need. There is a kitchen with every tools you need to cook, living room where multiple people can eat and everything was very well designed and maintained. The rooms are at the first floor with 2 shared bathrooms but since it is a wooden house you might need to be careful not to disturb other travelers. We found only 1 room for 4 people but it was excellent and I had a very good sleep. Everything was clean and well maintained which I appreciated. The entire house was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay at this amazing guesthouses which I definitely recommend.

This place is amazing… was our best choice in Iceland. I wish we can have more days there. The owners are so friendly. We include breakfast in our stay and was AMAZING. The tastiest breakfast we ever ate in hotel. Homemade Icelandic breakfast includes everything. We Highly recommend 💕💕💕💕💕 stay in two rooms apartment and was a full equipped house. With everything we need for those two days! Hopefully we will be back soon to this place!!!

The property features mountain and river views. super nice guesthouse at a farm location, not far from the main road. nice surprise was the freezer filled with local meat that we could buy. at the guesthouse we’re two bathrooms / toilets. breakfast was served at the main house. people were very friendly and welcoming.

Very clean and brand new rooms in cozy and beautiful Skagafjörður. Stunning sunset during midnight. Our kids loved the lovely dogs and were fascinated by the hens and horses. We also got to taste fresh eggs from the farms hens the next morning. That was a big hit with the children. Over all very pleasent stay :)

Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. Great location and great welcome by the owner. Fully equipped kitchen and a lot of ingredients (coffee, tea, milk, eggs, oil, etc) made available by the owner to cook meals and breakfast, he welcomed us even with home-made bread. Highly recommend.
