First, the location was great. Metrobus right at the corner of the street, subway lines easily reachable. We walked around, so much street food and little local gems to discover. The place is spotless clean. Rooms are comfortable, furniture to put your stuff. Numerous bathrooms/showers. Terrace is beautiful. Included breakfast is incredible. Last, but not least. The staff is incredible. We felt at home. Booked for 2 nights. We extended and still debating if we're gonna stay longer. Great value for money. Don't miss out. The breakfast restaurant has a nice selection of smoothies and coffee as well as excellent dishes. As a Canadian, I very much enjoyed the option of having it on the rooftop patio in winter with a beautiful view of Puebla The location is close to the main square, the markets, and all the destinations in the historic centre. The staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable
