We liked everything. Comfy bed, practical but still stylish furnishing. Metro is three minutes walk away so easy to reach the train stations too. Easy walk round in the centre or more even if there was a strike. We only used public transport. Plenty of good restaurants around as you would expect in such city. Just like the charming city we are happy to go back.

Check-in and checkout were quick; staff was amazing and helpful with all questions. For English-speaking travelers, front desk workers all speak great English and will offer help whenever needed. Location was great for buses, airport transfer, and metro; we walked most places because Genoa is a small city.

The location and the room were wonderful. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely hospitable. Will definitely stay here again.
