A beautiful, well-kept, modern hotel. They were very accommodating when we requested an early arrival. They use refillable bottles and jars for drinks, milk, and bathroom toiletries, which is great for the environment, reducing plastic waste. A small fridge was in the room for us to use. It contained milk and drinking water.

A wonderful B&B, centrally located on the banks of the river. A very quiet location despite being next to the railway tracks. We had a beautiful view out of our room and the room was very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The owners are lovely people. It was like staying with family.

Beautifully decorated cosy cottage just outside a thriving village. The cottage was so comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were very responsive to questions prior to our stay and provided lots on information on the area which was welcomed. Sean met with us on arrival and showed us around and gave quick instructions on accessing garden areas and operating some of the equipment. The accommodation is very dog friendly and there are lovely walks in and around the area. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and had lots of extras which we didn't expect including a very lovely hamper of essentials and goodies. Already looking at my diary for a return visit!!!

Helpful hosts and helpful website. Would recommend.

Just about everything at the property is first class, fittings, decor, kitchen equipment, etc, and it was immaculately clean. This was our second visit so we knew what to expect and weren't disappointed. The location is good, about 10 minutes drive from Berwick, 10 minutes walk from very good village pub and 5 minutes walk from Paxton House which has a very good cafe.
