Just amazing, the best place I've ever booked. I don't know where to start: the accomodation is beautiful, with amazing location and great views on the sea and forest. You are surrounded by peace and quiet, but still just 5 minutes from Budoni and 10 minutes from the fantastic beaches. Best place for discovering east Sardinia! And what to say about the owner? Greatest host I had a pleasure to meet. He is such a wonderful guy, always smiling and willing to help and make your stay perfect. Grazie mile for everything mister. So, if you are looking for place to rest and enjoy, but still be close to everything you need to see in Sardinia, look no more, just book this place and you will have no regrets.

Super friendly, professional and responsive management. Perfectly clean and all brand new. Very effective air condition (Daikin) in all the rooms. We had a small problem with the fridge and management intervened and fixed immediately, relly grat assistance. Condo was quiet and with a very nice view on trees from the terrace.

It was very clean, well maintained. The staff was always ready to help. The view from our bedroom was nice overlooking a hill and it was very quiet at night. We slept with our window open and it was lovely. Also, the bed was oversized and very comfy. The kitchen had everything you could need and the whole apt. building was surrounded by greenery so all in all super relaxing. I would definitely recommended it.

Each villa is individual and has everything you need for a short holiday. We appreciated the friendly staff, especially Marco the bar attender who always recommended the best although he did not speak English and we not Italian we had fun “conversation and drinks”. There are also 3 washing machines free of charge to use and with free washing powder which was a nice bonus.
