Lower Mountains Retreat, a property with barbecue facilities, is situated in Warrimoo, 48 km from Parramatta Station, 49 km from Rosehill, as well as 49 km from Rouse Hill Village Centre. Great location, very quiet and private. Lovely and peaceful. Slept really well, quiet nights and very comfortable bed. Excellent hosts, couldn't have wanted for a better welcome.

Situated in Leura, 5.2 km from Katoomba Scenic World and 4.9 km from The Three Sisters, Burradoo Studio features spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This beautiful studio and its lovely garden (including a secret little spot in the back) felt so Zen. The welcoming touches, flowers, furnishings and accessories, beautiful bathroom products, comfortable bed with quality linens were so lovely - I could go on and on. The host Lynne checked to be sure we had everything we needed. We met her briefly and she was warm and so welcoming. This was a very memorable stay in a charming town with easy and quick access to the wondrous Blue Mountains. If it is available, book it!

Featuring a spa bath, Mayview is situated in Katoomba. Featuring mountain and garden views, this holiday home also includes free WiFi. The view was lovely and it was a great, easy to use space for a family with small children.

Offering a garden and garden view, The Wentworth Retreat is situated in Wentworth Falls, 11 km from The Three Sisters and 11 km from Three Sisters Cable Car. Indescribable excellent home inclusions which includes heaters, fans, kitchen utensils and extras. Very comfortable beds. Great views. Very clean throughout. Nothing in want. We were surprised to see jam, butter & milk in the refrigerator, with a full ice tray which was very welcoming.

Set in Mount Victoria, 21 km from Katoomba Scenic World, Closeburn House offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. This was an absolute oasis and I can't recommend it highly enough. In a relaxing,and peaceful location with loads of living and dining space to enjoy. The breakfast was the best ever. Every detail of this property is excellent and lovingly cared for by our amazing hosts. We wish we had stayed longer and had a chance to make the most of this immaculate accommodation and explored more of the beautiful mountains.

Spread out over 6000 acres and offering pet-friendly accommodation, Turon Gates - Mountain Retreat is a tranquil bush property located in the Blue Mountains. It is a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney. Fantastic place to stay to be close to nature and away from city. The glamping tent is well equipped and really enjoyed the barbecue facilities available.

Set amongst lovely gardens featuring a reflection pond, Winston Cottage at Three Sisters is located within 300 metres of the famous Three Sisters lookout. Lovely home and property! Great location.

Springmead B&B in Rydal provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Marjory and Greg are great hosts, very friendly and welcoming the location was amazing, with great views and so so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Great breakfast and if you go for the evening meal, the lamb shanks were amazing. Kangaroos visited the farm in the evening, and wild life is abundant. A must visit is to the Bathurst motor racing circuit near by, it’s all public roads so you can drive it, just get the low down from Greg a really knowledgeable petrol head. Thanks to you both Marjory and Greg, glad we stayed with you for those two night 😀

Set on 2 acres of garden lively with bird life, Secrets Hideaway is ideally positioned to explore the majestic Blue Mountains. All suites boast a relaxing spa bath and a cosy fireplace. This place has a healing restorative feel for us. The lovingly tended plants and flowers in the property provided a serenity which city-dwellers need to experience to believe. Outside our window was a glorious flowering tree with birds stopping by for snacks on the feeding station. A truly magical place.

Situated at the start of the Blue Mountains' rainforest and waterfall bushwalks, Valley of the Waters B&B is set alongside the Blue Mountains National Park. Breakfast was really good and much needed on a cold winter morning! The portion was adequate as well. The host was thoughtful in including amenities needed for winter, such as an electric blanket, making the stay much more comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing, with a clear view of the mountains and the stars at night. The room was also clean and spacious :)
