Very pretty aesthetic of the place. I felt like I was in a cottage core style magazine. Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

Nice Waikato and Maitai bay beaches not to miss around.

Close to a great local restaurant. Excellent for star viewing, even from the yard. Very cute, isolated area. Love the big windows. We were there on a mild, windy day and just laying in bed with the door and windows open was lovely.

The views were beautiful and the unit itself was gorgeous. Nice big windows, super clean, and spacious. Great little kitchenette. Immaculate grounds. Even in proximity to the main house, it felt very private. My husband said it was the best self-contained booking he had ever stayed at for such a price (he was also comparing to AirBnBs)--and I would have to agree. It was in a great location for our next day of exploring too!

Paihia Place Cottage - central Paihia tem um pátio e situa-se em Paihia, apenas a cerca de 9 minutos a pé de Te Ti Bay Beach e 300 m de Porto de Paihia. Everything. This cottage had litteraly everything u need. Space was used brilliantly. Attention to detail like the little flowers in a pot was exeptional. Definately the best place we ever stayed that was booked through Bookings. The owner Corinne & her partner are just so welcoming & friendly & helpful.
