Everyone was so nice and professional. Especially the driver, Dennis. We were new to the town and didn’t have a ride. The plan was to go to downtown Chicago the next day. Dennis the employee who drove the shuttle gave us a little tour of Rockford. The best place to dine out and where to see of the town. He even showed us around the bus station so that we don’t get lost in the morning when we head to Chicago. Very informative and considerate. Also the receptionists the ladies were friendly and kind too. Even offered the ride back to the airport few days after when we came back from Chicago. The place is clean and neat. Everything is so close, the Casino, convenience store, Starbucks, decent restaurants!! Perfect place to stay!! Highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved the location. It was close to one of the most beautiful streets in the USA. We walked on National Avenue every day. Very safe and quiet. Amy was very responsive to texts.
