I was arriving past midnight, the host was excellent and sent very clear and helpful messages and videos explaining everything. The host was always kind and allowed a late check out due to my flight being delayed. My review only covers the actual room as I did not have a chance to explore the rest of the apartment, (i.e. kitchen, living room, balcony) and the special access features that are offered when you stay here (you will get a card which you can use for access). The room was beautiful with large windows a view of the water (they can be fully covered for a late sleep in) and a comfortable bed. It's clear a lot of thought was put into this place, even providing some items in case you may have forgotten to bring, such as toothpaste, sunscreen and water. The location is also excellent as it's near both the airport and Yas Island. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location in the desert. Nice welcome with Arabic coffee and dades. We had a 2-room villa with uninterrupted views on the sand dunes. It is a spacious villa and the small pool looks great and the water was warm. A small kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. Clean, quiet. Good bed and shower. Staff was very kind and helpful. We had the all-inclusive with breakfast-, lunch- and dinner buffet. All was good. Stayed for just one night but it was a great experience.
