We had a wonderful staying there. The appointment is very spacious and comfortable. There are all the necessary things at the kitchen. The apartment was warm and clean. The host was very nice to us. Offering an outdoor pool and children's playground, Hotel Hofer is situated in Strass im Attergau, 3 km from Lake Attersee and 35 km from Salzburg. The location of the hotel is great, easy to reach by car and within close driving distance to the lake and hikes. The hotel is very nice with beautiful views. Everything was clean, the room and the bathroom very modern, breakfast had lots of choices, the receptionist was very nice and helpful. There is a beautiful terrace with the view of the lake where you can have your breakfast or a drink in the evening. Our room had also balcony with a lake view. Everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.

Offering an infinity pool with a sunbathing lawn, a spa area, a restaurant, and a terrace with panoramic views of Lake Attersee and the mountains, Hotel Irmgard is located in Strass im Attergau, 5 km... This property made it hard to leave Attersee. I adored the staff as well as the property. The parking is free, located in the front of the property. The bikes available for borrowing were a nice addition, too. If you prefer E-bikes, I would recommend renting them in the village. The breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed having an assigned seat, I recommend the dinner, there is no need to go anywhere, as the staff provide a 4-course meal and one night, the Austrian buffet was great after hiking 30km. The property is kind to dogs, and there's a great walking path nearby. The room was spacious, with a spa shower and a beautiful terrace, overlooking the forest behind. I will forever adore the Attersee.
