The two most important things to me are the helpfulness of the owner and the comfort of the accomdiations and I give 5* rating on both measures. Berna is a lovely lady and provides lots of good advice and excellent recommendations. The property is her old family home and has a genuine Spanish appeal with a combination of wood and tile providing a very warm atmosphere. Guests have the full use of the kitchen to prepare their own meals and a dedicated shelf in her fridge. The bedroom was comfortable with a separate entrance to a front patio overlooking lush landscaping. The property has a solid wooden door at the front proving excellent security. Berna has a deep concern for her guests. I was a bit late coming home one evening and she messaged me to make sure I was OK. Fantastic vale for the quality that Casas Irazu offers guests. Thank you Berna for your kindness and hope we meet again.

It is very comfortable, the service is excellent, and being located in the main town of Orosi, you can visit the Tapantí Reserve, as well as other places. We will definitely be back!

Bella Vista Ranch Ecolodge is located in Turrialba and has a garden, terrace and shared lounge. Featuring a tour desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Mark and Annabelle were such lovely and nice hosts. They cooked very tasty dinner and breakfast for us and we’re great company. The room and view were amazing and everything was nice and clean.

Such a great experience ! We spent a night on these hills in a very cosy lovely chalet. Steven brought us through the night on a bumpy adventorous natural street up to the lodge. View and landscape are amaizing. Mia and Ranzel are lovely and very helpful patrons. We had a flat tire; their staff fixed it within minutes! Delicious breakfast with view, all done with care and love. Thank you so much!

Offering an outdoor pool, a garden and free WiFi in all areas, Finca Queveri is located 20 minutes' drive from Orosí, surrounded it by the National Park Tapanti. Beautiful location , very quiet , fantastic views out on the valley , great communication with owner , wonderful and succulent meals provided , fresh and organic , old cranky farm with lots of character .

Orosi Lodge is located 5 minutes’ drive from Orosí mani square and 15 km from Cartago city centre. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. We loooved this hotel. The owners and staff were very friendly. This sweet hotel is situated in the heart of Orosi close to the hot springs. The rooms were so colorful, original so many personal touches with creative and beautiful attention to detail. The breakfast delicious and fresh!! We will be back.

Really lovely place , it’s very clean fresh and comfortable . The views are amazing . You do need a car to get here.

Nastanitev Cabaña El Ciprés: Vistas increíbles y Mirador je v mestu Turrialba, 32 km od znamenitosti Ujarras Ruins, in nudi vrt, brezplačen WiFi, skupno kuhinjo ter skupni salon. The cabins are in a stunning area of Costa Rica, the drive to the area is full of breathtaking views. Which are plentiful on arrival and Alejandro has designed the space perfectly to fully appreciate the landscape while also maintaining a sense of privacy - from our cabin we couldn't see any of the other cabins. The cabin was designed beautifully, with everything a guest could need and lots of little details, such as the bench for the view outside and the lampshade made from a piece of wood. It was comfortable and we both said we wished we had booked more nights there. The communal space is incredible, with hammocks, a swinging chair and a platform to look out over the views. Around 5pm the golden orioles arrive in large numbers as they come to roost in the area. Alejandro had several recommendations of restaurants in the area and was very helpful.
