Great location for exploring the area. Accommodation is clean and comfortable. Pet friendly although we don't have a pet. All the things like doggy poo bags and bowls were supplied. Didn't have to contact the hosts as everything was supplied and working. Would definitely use this place again as we loved it .

Location perfect in the centre of Arbroath. The bathroom is exceptional beautifully done with large bath and walk-in shower. kitchen well equipped. Living area more than adequate and Bedroom was very comfortable with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. We will definitely be returning. The fact it is located above the Copper Oven and over the road to Coast bar & restaurant is an additional bonus ❤️
