Antigua Casona San Blas is an amazing hotel in Cusco. The service was out of this world, from the servers in the amazing restaurant and bar, to the turn down service that included hot water bottles and night-time tea. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Offering rooms with impeccable rustic style décor and garden views, this inn just 30 km off Machu Picchu, features red-tiled terraced Spanish galleries and views of the surrounding scenery. The property is located inside the train station. Despite some noise, it's a very beautiful and accessible place, especially for those going to Machu Picchu by train. The hotel has a very good and beautiful restaurant, as well as an organic garden, a coffee roasting tour, and an Andean distillery. The decoration is impeccable, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The village experienced a power outage, and the hotel had a generator for essential functions (such as gas heating), which was very convenient. We needed to leave our luggage at the hotel for an extra day beyond our stay, and the staff was very kind to us, allowing us to use the locker.

I went with 6 friends and we all loved being there together. There is a nice common room to hang out in which made it feel like college. The staff was phenomenal, very accommodating, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we always were well-fed. The beds were great. The location cannot be beat. Would completely recommend this place!!
