They also have double windows to make sure no noise gets through. Danny made sure our stay went smooth and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Nagtatampok ang Flora Centre Hotel & Spa ng restaurant, bar, at shared lounge. Matatagpuan ito sa gitna ng Hanoi, 400 m ang layo mula sa Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were many little extras like cotton buds. There were many options for breakfast with bread, rice, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. The location was also amazing, close to everything but no noise from the busy streets at night. The wifi was ok.

This was our second stay with The West Hotel & Spa. This time it was a quick overnight stay in a family room. Room was clean and a decent size. We had an early flight the next morning and the hotel was kind enough to arrange a simple take away breakfast so we can have at the airport.
